— Front Desk Receptionist Sol IV & Wellness | Sarasota, FL Sol IV & Wellness is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented W ellness Coordinator to support the daily operations of our wellness clinic. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, uphold a polished and welcoming environment, and serve as the first point of contact for our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner Manage appointment scheduling, check-in, and check-out procedures Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide service information Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflow Maintain an orderly, clean, and organized reception and lobby area

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor with excellent customer-service standards Ability to multitask and manage a steady flow of clients Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems Prior experience in a medical, spa, or wellness setting is preferred
