Job Description

Please DO NOT apply for a temporary/summer position. We want someone longer term who wants to be part of our salon family. Part-Time Receptionist•Busy Beachside Salon (Immediate Start) We are a busy, beachside salon seeking a friendly, energetic part-time receptionist for an immediate start. This position will share hours with another receptionist.
Schedule:
Wednesday:
9:00 AM•2:30
PM Friday:
1:00 PM•6:00 PM One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM•4:00
PM Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and provide excellent customer service Schedule appointments and manage bookings (in person and over the phone) Check clients in and out Assist stylists as needed Maintain salon cleanliness Laundry duties, including washing and folding towels Inventory management
Qualifications:
Upbeat, friendly, and outgoing personality Ability to work well with others and in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn scheduling systems quickly Understanding of scheduling concepts Previous salon or scheduling experience is a plus Strong customer service skills are essential Must be neat, organized, and detail-oriented receptionist experience is a plus We are looking for someone with great energy who can stay on top of daily tasks and help keep the salon running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a part-time, entry-level position with limited hours and is not intended to provide a full-time income. It is best suited for someone seeking supplemental income.
