Job Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment. This position is responsible for greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office organization, and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed. The successful candidate will be dependable, courteous, professional in appearance and demeanor, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with little or no prior office experience to join a collaborative and high-performing legal team. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, greet clients, and manage front desk duties. Schedule appointments and maintain attorney and staff calendars. Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence. Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Handle challenging or uncomfortable situations with professionalism, patience, and discretion. Assist with general office tasks and special projects as assigned. Support the legal team with a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior office or customer service experience preferred but not required.
