Job Description
We are looking for a Medical Front Desk Coordinator to manage our reception area. You will act as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, appointments, and guest services. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure timely and accurate customer service Handle complaints and specific customer requests Troubleshoot emergencies Ensure proper mail distribution Greet Patients & Visitors Patient Check-In and Check Out Answer and Direct Incoming Multi-Line Phone Calls Schedule & Confirm Patient Appointments Insurance Coverage Verification General Office Duties such as Faxing, Copying, Scanning Data Entry Assist with referrals and authorizations We offer an excellent benefits package, a competitive salary, and a friendly working environment.
