Job Description

Family owned fire & safety service company seeking a part time office assistant. This role will support daily administrative tasks, help with scheduling, manage paperwork, and handle all manual paper work filing, typing and proficent in excel. This part time shift is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am to 5pm with a pay rate of $16.50. This is a long term role and perfect for the individual seeking part time. They have a seurity dog in the office, so dog friendly is a must.
Very positive work environment salary:

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Greet customers and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Schedule service appointments and manage technician calendars Process manual paper files of invoices, receipts, and work orders Maintain accurate customer and service records Assist with inventory tracking and ordering office supplies Provide general administrative support to the team and owners Keep the front office area clean and organized Office has a security dog. Must be dog friendly
Qualifications:
1-2 years of administrative or office experience preferred organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable using basic computer programs.
