Receptionist Location:
Tallahassee, FL Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour

Temp-to-hire (OPS, with potential for permanent placement) We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact in a busy office environment. This role is key to creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring efficient front desk and administrative support operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding incoming phone calls, and responding to general inquiries in a timely manner. The Receptionist will also handle administrative tasks such as typing, data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents. Additional duties include processing large mailouts, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating conference room scheduling and shared calendars. This position requires maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring brochures and materials are stocked, and updating internal calendars as needed. Strong communication skills, professionalism, multitasking ability, and basic computer proficiency are required. Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred.
