Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk Coordinator to support our growing dental team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy office environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized patient experience. As one of the first points of contact for patients, the Front Desk Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly while helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. Schedule Evening shifts available (12:00 PM-8:00 PM or 5:00 PM-8:00 PM) Saturdays required (9:00 AM-1:00 PM preferred) Part-time schedule averaging approximately 10-15 hours per pay period Key Responsibilities Welcome patients and assist with the check-in process Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily patient flow Respond to patient questions and provide information regarding office services Support administrative and clerical tasks with accuracy and efficiency Maintain organization in a fast-paced clinical environment Travel between office locations as needed to support operational needs Assist with additional front office responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Friendly, professional, and compassionate communication style Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable working in a high-volume patient environment Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays Commitment to providing excellent customer service and patient support Bilingual skills preferred Why Join the Team?
