In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain smooth office operations, handle phone systems with ease, and provide exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting our vibrant team in a fast-paced setting. (First month $14 per hour and after $15 per hour.) Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. Handling light laundry. Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked at all times. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and professionalism. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
