Job Description

Receptionist Pay:
$18/hour We are seeking a professional, dependable, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is responsible for front office operations, phone support, clerical tasks, data entry, and administrative support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner and maintain a clean, organized lobby area Answer and direct multiple phone lines while taking accurate messages and providing excellent customer service Maintain visitor logs and distribute visitor badges Assist with data entry, clerical tasks, typing, scanning, copying, and document management for various departments Process reports and purchase orders on a daily or weekly basis Update spreadsheets and maintain organized records Order and maintain office supplies Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, courier services, and inter-office mail distribution Contact clients regarding holiday schedules and operational updates Support office operations and assist management with additional administrative duties as needed Perform light production support when necessary Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous office or administrative experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work with minimal supervision Comfortable operating multi-line phone systems, computers, and office equipment #SN
