Job Description

MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - PLASTIC SURGICAL OFFICE
Seeking an Experienced Medical Customer Care Assistant for a well established Plastic Surgery Practice. Front Desk and assisting Nurse injector. Immediate opening. Must demonstrate experience in providing exceptional customer service with the ability to multi task, prioritize and provide meticulous documentation. Must be able to answer multi line phone system and greet patients with a smile. Build and maintain patient relationships through listening, building trust, and responding to patient needs. You will be working directly with plastic surgical patients; speaking with them one on one, answering their questions and concerns and scheduling appointments.
EXPERIENCE
Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures helpful. Experience in a plastic surgery office helpful. Medical receptionist and or sales helpful. Knowledge of injectables a plus. JOB Part time/full time
LOCATIONS
Tampa and Trinity OTHER Clearly communicates information about the plastic surgical practice with patients, vendors and other individuals. Knowledge of cosmetic surgery, services, standards, policies and procedures a must. Ability to communicate with employees, patients and other individuals in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of information and data. Skill in the use of standard office equipment (phones, computer etc) Skill in use of programs such as: excel, word, etc Reports to work at the scheduled time, demonstrates consistent and regular attendance, and consistently works the duration of the scheduled shift.
