Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist - Be the Heartbeat of Our Team Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a warm, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face our clients, visitors, and staff see every day. This is more than an administrative role — it's your chance to make a real impact, grow your professional skills, and become an essential part of a team that genuinely values what you bring to the table. What You'll Do You'll own the front desk experience — creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment from the moment anyone walks through our doors: Be the face of our organization — greet visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for every interaction Keep communications flowing — manage a multi-line phone system with confidence, directing calls and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Master the calendar — coordinate scheduling and appointments for staff and departments, keeping everyone on track Keep things running smoothly — handle data entry, filing, document proofreading, supply ordering, and reception area upkeep Support the team — assist with copying, scanning, correspondence, and administrative tasks using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Solve problems in real time — respond to inquiries quickly and graciously, turning every visitor interaction into a positive experience What You Bring You don't need to check every box — we invest in great people and provide training. That said, here's what sets you up for success: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease A natural communicator with excellent phone etiquette and a genuine love for helping people Attention to detail — you catch the things others miss Experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required Bilingual? That's a big plus — we serve a diverse community and celebrate that EMR experience? Even better — though we're happy to train the right person Why You'll Love It Here Paid position with room to grow your administrative career Supportive, dynamic team environment where your contributions are noticed Ongoing training provided — we set you up for success from day one A role with real variety — no two days look the same Ready to make every first impression count? If you're enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to bring your best self to work every day, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and become the welcoming force behind our team.
