As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our practice, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported from the moment they walk through our doors. We are seeking a professional and energetic Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced medical office setting. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of patient care and smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from their first interaction.
Telephone Management:
Answer multiple telephone lines efficiently, directing calls, providing information, and addressing patient inquiries with professionalism.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule and manage appointments using our advanced scheduling software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking.
Patient Check-In/Out:
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance information, collecting necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth flow of patients through the office.
Medical Records Management:
Facilitate the sending and receiving of medical records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
Data Entry:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, updating patient records and maintaining the integrity of our medical databases.
Office Supply Management:
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
Reception Area Maintenance:
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming, reflecting the high standards of our practice.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience working in a medical office is preferred but not required. We value your willingness to learn and grow with our team.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using phone systems, computerized scheduling software, and other office equipment. Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy are essential.
Customer Service:
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Attention to
Detail:
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities. You can juggle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.

Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to our supportive and inclusive office culture. •The first two weeks of training will be held in Tifton, Georgia.
