Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and personable Bilingual Luxury Automotive Receptionist to join our prestigious team in Buckhead. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for all visitors and callers. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele and support our commitment to personalized service. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the luxury brand's standards Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking detailed messages with professionalism Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and managing walk-in traffic Maintain organized files, records, and documentation through accurate data entry and filing practices Use computer skills to update customer information, process transactions, and support office management tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support administrative functions such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software Ensure excellent phone etiquette at all times, providing prompt assistance and support to clients and team members Qualifications Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within the automotive or luxury retail industry preferred Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with diverse clients Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and general office software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor and exceptional phone etiquette Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and administrative support desirable Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools is a plus Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a luxurious setting.
