We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our busy front desk daily and perform a variety of clerical tasks. The Receptionist is the first person in the office and will be the first point of contact for our company. Receptionist duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting and screening calls from two multi-line phone systems, gate administration to our facility and deliveries often at the same time. The successful candidate will have great customer service. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking skills are essential for this position. Ultimately, a Receptionists duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Job Duties Greet and welcome arriving guestsDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and gate accessAnswer, screen, take messages and forward calls from two multi-line phonesEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries as neededHandle customer callsMaintain phone extension listMaintain office refreshmentsOrder front office supplies and keep inventory of stockKeep updated records of office expenses and costsStihl Warranty RegistrationsOther duties as needed Job Requirements Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar job roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksStrong customer service attitudeHigh school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Ag-Pro provides a comprehensive range of benefits for all full-time positions that includes medical, dental, vision and a matching 401-K retirement plan along with a variety of other optional benefits.
