Role:

Automotive Receptionist, duties include answering phones, greeting customers, some light filing and scanning of documents.

Schedule:

Schedule is as follows, one week is Mon, Thurs and Fri 3:00pm to 7:00pm, the following week the schedule is Mon and Thurs 3:00pm to 7:00pm and Sat 9:00am to 6:00pm, schedule rotates every other week.

Job Description:

We are looking for an automotive Receptionist to join our team (a 5-star dealer - i.e. we are the best in sales and service satisfaction). You would be joining one of the largest privately-owned dealership families in the metro area! We are currently offering a Full-Time position.

Pay :

Requirements:

At least a year in a customer facing or hospitality role Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude Excellent communication skills (i.e. if you can talk someone's ear off) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Successfully completion assessment/personality test, drug screen, and background check (It sounds hard, but it is easy!) You love interacting and talking with new people You like working independently but can contribute to a team as needed Two to three days per week and every other
