Receptionist at Veterinary Clinic

Animal Medical Center is looking for a receptionist! The opening is for 18-35 hours/week with some flexibility with schedule. We would love to meet you if you have office experience, are extroverted, detail oriented, and enjoy animals and working with the public! Experience at veterinary hospital

REQUIRED.

Cheerful, willing attitude and teachability is essential! Salary dependent on skill set and experience and will include bonuses when goals are met. Our hours are 7:30-5:30 Monday-Friday. MUST come fill out a paper application In-Person. We are a well-established single-doctor practice located in small town Cairo, Ga. While the clinic is fast paced and exciting, we do offer a more laid-back atmosphere and exceptional work/life balance. Our goal is to provide the best, thorough, compassionate, and personal care possible.

Minimum requirements:

Excellent client communication Able to perform duties as detailed above Problem solving skills Ability to get along with the public and co-workers and create a pleasant atmosphere for clients and their beloved pets Reliability to be at work when scheduled Ability to read and follow written instructions as well as verbal instructions Advanced skills (REQUIRED): Familiarity with veterinary practice software (or ability and willingness to learn), and other word-processing platforms. Ability to use various other office equipment

Education:

High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:

Clerical experience necessary; veterinary hospital experience preferred
