We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and a passion for animal care, ensuring that both clients and their pets feel welcome and supported. Responsibilities Greet clients and their furry companions with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage patient records Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Process payments and maintain front desk organization Support our veterinary team with administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Compassion for animals and their humans Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is a plus Familiarity with veterinary software (e.g., Pulse Covetrus) is a bonus
