Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and callers alike. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure smooth office management and support daily administrative functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical, office management, and customer support skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Fluent in English and Spanish Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately within the office Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, practicing excellent phone etiquette and providing prompt assistance Handle incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route messages efficiently to team members Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Opening and closing case files Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing Google Workspace documents, and maintaining office supplies Any other duties that may be assigned by staff Experience Previous office experience or administrative support background is highly preferred Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong computer literacy with data entry, proofreading, and basic house keeping capabilities Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Join our team to be at the heart of our organization's daily operations!
