Full Job Description Job Summary:

Our busy Cardiology practice is seeking an entry level Medical Receptionist. Limited experience is required; however candidates must posses the following skills.

• Friendly speaking voice and personality
• Able to greet visitors in a welcoming, approachable manner
• Posses a customer service and hospitality driven mindset
• Professional Phone Etiquette
• Administrative and Organizational Skills
• Some knowledge of multi-line telephone systems and the ability to transfer calls
• Familiarity with Microsoft and Excel- (Typing Skills-75 words per minute)
• Ability to multitask, and prioritize
• Ability to adapt in ever-changing work space
• Dependability Salary is based on experience
