Offers various ancillary services in house such as MRI, X-ray, Phlebotomy, CLIA Certified High complexity lab, Infusion suite, Braces, MSK ultrasound and much more. Job description We are seeking a energetic, enthusiastic professional to join our team at the Front Desk for our expanding Medical practice for our East Cobb , GA location. This is a full time Monday-Friday position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering all incoming telephone calls from patients on multiple phone lines, welcome and greet patients to the practice over the phone, make appointments, answer general questions and inquiries, schedule appointments, routing calls to the appropriate staff member, taking accurate messages for office staff, handling and maintaining insurance referrals from primary care providers and sending out medical records. This position holds a key position within the practice as you may be the first interaction patients and or vendors have with our practice. As a result, friendly and courteous customer service is a must at all times in all circumstances. Candidates with experience working in a physician specialty office and prior knowledge of insurance plans and policy requirements is a plus. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated and responsible new team member to join our office family.
