Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient clinic environment.Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple lines Provide accurate information while avoiding medical advice Check clients in and out, process payments, and maintain records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and client areas Assist with client communication, reminders, and follow-ups Handle stressful situations with professionalism and compassion Work collaboratively with veterinarians and support staffQualifications:
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Veterinary clinic experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer and phone system proficiency Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Compassion for animals and their ownersWork Environment:
Fast-paced veterinary clinic setting Regular interaction with animals and clients Occasional exposure to stressful or emotional situationsWhat We Offer:
