Located in Norcross, GA, we are proud to be a trusted name in injury and rehabilitation services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Norcross, GA. The Receptionist will oversee day-to-day front desk operations, including welcoming clients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. They will handle clerical tasks such as managing records, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the office operates smoothly. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff alike to create a positive and professional environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, such as answering and directing calls, and welcoming visitors Clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate documentation Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with patients and staff Outstanding Customer Service skills, with the ability to assist patients and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner Organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage a busy office environment effectively Prior experience in a medical or rehabilitation setting is a plus Working knowledge of office equipment and software, such as phones, scanners, and scheduling systems
