Part-Time Admin/Receptionist ML Ball Company Norcross, GA Job Details Part-time $23 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Filing Administrative experience Clerical experience Office management Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will start out working between 15-18 hours per week, but hours could fluctuate based on the needs of the office staff. This role is essential in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities Answer phone, direct calls efficiently and courteously Assist with scheduling maintenance repairs in the office when needed Assist with facilitating office/warehouse upgrades/repairs Assist with billing and receiving in absence of AR/AP Specialist Assist with office management duties such as organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness General admin assistance for Owner, AP, and Business Unit Managers Coordinate Sales Meetings Coordinate Trade Shows Help manage Holiday gifting and tasks Coordinate travel accommodations to include detailed itineraries Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopying, and document organization Qualifications Office or administrative experience; previous receptionist or admin roles preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams Strong background in coordinating travel accommodations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Self-Motivated Team Player Familiarity with office management procedures and administrative best practices

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
