PM Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to support our client in Peachtree City, GA. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, strong phone etiquette, and the ability to communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and customers. Candidates should be comfortable using computers and handling a variety of administrative and office support tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, guests, and vendors while providing exceptional customer service. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain and stock office breakrooms and common areas. Replenish paper and supplies in office copy machines. Straighten and prepare conference rooms at the end of each day. Assist with office supply ordering and inventory management. Create employee and visitor ID badges as needed. Perform general administrative and receptionist duties. Complete additional projects and office support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Professional phone presence and communication abilities. Ability to speak and write with proper grammar and professionalism. Basic computer proficiency preferred. Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of office tasks.
