We're looking for a bright and friendly Insurance Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You'll be the welcoming voice and face of our agency, ensuring everyone feels heard, understood, and well taken care of. Calls will be transferred to the proper team member so that every customers is helped in the most efficient way possible. Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Hands on Training Evenings Off Weekends Off Licensing Assistance Provided Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Dental Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred but not required. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. A friendly and welcoming demeanor. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism. Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and helpful manner. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the insurance agents. Provide administrative support, including savings files, scanning, and uploading data to State Farm. Assist clients with basic billing inquiries and direct them, if needed, to the appropriate agent or resource. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. About Us Mark P.
