Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary Vitali Medspa is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our practice. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, elevated experience for every patient while supporting daily operations and driving overall spa success. Our ideal candidate is organized, personable, and confident in both customer service and sales. This is not just a receptionist role — it's a key position that directly impacts patient satisfaction, retention, and revenue. Responsibilities Provide a warm, high-end welcome and check-in experience for all patients Manage scheduling, confirmations, and daily patient flow Answer calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and efficiency Process payments, packages, and memberships accurately Educate patients on services, promotions, and skincare products Support providers to ensure a smooth and elevated patient experience Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk environment Handle client concerns or issues with professionalism and care Assist with daily opening and closing procedures Qualifications Previous experience in a medical spa, spa, or customer service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and recommending skincare products Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Familiarity with Boulevard, or similar systems is a plus Position/Compensation Details Full-time (including some Saturdays) Competitive hourly pay Health/Dental/ Vision Insurance PTO Benefits after 90 days of employment Employee discounts on services and products If you're passionate about aesthetics and take pride in delivering an exceptional, luxury-level experience, we'd love to hear from you.
