Job Description

Are you looking for the next steps in your career? If you have a positive, professional demeanor and understand the importance of making and keeping customers happy, this opportunity is perfect for you! The ideal candidate has previous experience in a customer Call Center environment or more than two years' experience in a customer service environment, banking, benefits or payroll. Prior experience with payroll or banking preferred. Applicants must have the ability to work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday between the possible hours of 7 am and 6 pm. Reliable transportation and timeliness is required to be prompt for shifts. Applicants must possess high integrity and honesty and be able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Qualified candidates must be able to pass a background check.
