Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your responsibilities will include managing multi-line phone systems, handling administrative tasks with precision, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to keep our front office running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional first impression Answer and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with courtesy and efficiency Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and accurate documentation Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing helpful solutions and information Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with front desk operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Experience managing multi-line phone systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities Spanish - English are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document preparation Previous customer service experience with a focus on support and problem-solving Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
