Front Desk Associate for Fast Paced Chiropractic Office

We're currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our clinic — someone who is upbeat, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive and organized experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do:

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/check-out Help patients stay on track with their care plans Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries efficiently Keep the front office running smoothly with task management, filing, and basic administrative support Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a friendly and focused office culture

What You Bring:

Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with bilingual proficiency Personal injury case and patient experience A friendly, welcoming demeanor with a genuine desire to help others Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure Comfort with computers and office software (experience with EMRs a plus) Punctuality, reliability, and integrity
