Job Description

Lanier Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy, state-of-the-art veterinary hospital located just south of Lake Lanier. Our ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting , excels at client communication, and is passionate about helping pets and their people.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage client flow Check-in and check-out patients Process payments and maintain accurate records Ensure a smooth, friendly front-desk experience for all visitors
Requirements:
2-3+ years of veterinary receptionist experience (required) Excellent multitasking, time management, and customer service skills Able to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays Comfortable using veterinary practice management software Team-oriented and reliable with a passion for animals Why Us?
