Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing property management team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment , enjoys multitasking , and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional rental office Greet residents, clients, and vendors in person and by phone Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately Schedule appointments, tours, and meetings Accept rental payments and issue receipts Perform filing and document management (digital and physical) Assist with mailings and correspondence Support property managers with daily administrative tasks Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members Customer Service Skills are a MUST Qualifications -
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, including the ability to write clear reports and correspondence Work history demonstrating strong customer relations, oral and written communication, and organizational skills Bilingual abilities are a plus Computer literacy required (Word, Email, Google Docs, Google Sheets; property management software a plus) Current Georgia driver's license and valid auto insurance High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate professionally with residents and co-workers from diverse cultures and backgrounds
