Healthcare Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; This on-call position offers variable days, depending on business needs. Ideal for someone who can be available on short notice for shifts on weekdays .
Pay:
$17.75 per hour

Job Duties:
Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, mail and emails. Handle phone inquiries and provide clear, accurate information. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing. Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer. #
RemedyHIjobs Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is preferred. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and medical software programs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
