Job Description

Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our computerized systems. Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members. Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with calendar management tools is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
