In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for residents and families while supporting critical administrative functions that directly impact care delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the front desk contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
• Assist with accounts payable and record maintenance
• Support daily Business Office operations and reporting needs
• Maintain compliance with safety, confidentiality, and healthcare regulations
• Contribute to a positive, professional environment for residents and staff Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Administrative or office support experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn new systems
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
