Receptionists are the first point of contact our hospital has with our clients.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and through email) Friendly and professional appearance Computer skills (Word, PDF) Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends) Comfortable around all types of pets Strong organizational skills Duties include: Receiving clients and patients Answering phone calls Scheduling appointments (knowledge of Avimark is a plus but not required) Invoicing clients and processing payments Preparing and processing forms for clients Keeping the lobby area clean and organized Assisting doctors and technicians as needed. The right candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain a professional level of service. Previous veterinary experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
