About Ageless At Ageless, we believe that feeling your best is something everyone deserves. Located in Marion, Iowa, we are a growing women's health clinic and med spa offering aesthetic treatments, hormone therapy, medically guided weight loss, and more. Our team is small, passionate, and committed to making every client feel seen, cared for, and confident. The Role We're looking for a warm, energetic Front Desk Coordinator to be the first face our clients see - and the reason they feel good the moment they walk in. This role is the heartbeat of our clinic. You'll keep things running smoothly, make every patient feel welcome, and play an important part in their care experience. What You'll Do Welcome clients with genuine warmth and positive energy — first impressions matter here Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and care Check in health patients using Athena (our electronic health record system) Process checkouts for both health and aesthetics patients using Square Support skincare and supplement retail - learn what we offer and help connect clients to products they'll love Keep the front desk organized and the day flowing smoothly What We're Looking For A natural people person — warm, professional, and unflappable under pressure Strong communication skills, both in person and on the phone Comfortable learning new software (experience with Athena or Square is a plus, but we'll train the right person) Detail-oriented, reliable, and takes ownership of their space Genuine interest in health, wellness, or aesthetics is a plus Compensation & Perks $18-$20/hour, based on experience PTO beginning at 6 months of employment Complimentary and discounted aesthetic services — enjoy the treatments our clients love Work in a beautiful, professional clinic environment with a close-knit, supportive team Please note: This position does not include employer-sponsored health insurance or retirement benefits at this time.
