Hours and Days:
4:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm Every Other Saturday Hours and days are interchangeable and may vary depending on schedules, options for flexibility.
Responsibilities include:
Answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate party Greet and assist customers entering the dealership Scanning dealership documents Data entry into Excel Closing service documents Collecting money/balancing cash drawer Other various administrative duties
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent phone etiquette Ability to multi-task Professional appearance Positive Attitude Very reliable No experience necessary - training provided Positive and family-friendly work environment Short and Long Term Disability & Life Insurance Cancer & Accident Insurance 401(k)
