In this role, you'll create positive first impressions for employees, guests, and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll answer and direct phone calls, oversee daily front desk operations, coordinate administrative support tasks, and help maintain a warm, efficient, and professional environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional experience for everyone they greet.

Full-Time Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-12pm
Starting Wage:

Responsibilities:
Greeting visitors and team members with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming office atmosphere. Ensure visitors follow company procedures and security policies Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; and respond to general inquiries. Maintain front desk operations and reception area organization Respond to emails and general inquiries promptly Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Assist with clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing Provide customer service and resolve routine issues or direct concerns to appropriate staff Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records Support office staff and marketing team with administrative projects and daily operations Operate office equipment including multi-line phone systems, printers, and copiers Markets Goodwill by educating employees, vendors, customers, and the general public about Goodwill's Mission.
Qualifications:
High school or GED Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred Must possess computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word Must possess good speaking voice and language skills. The ability to effectively communicate in a courteous manner is vital. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management.
