Full Job Description Overview:
We need a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Family Services Case Support Staff & Receptionist. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, and committed to supporting newcomers in our community.
Job Expectations:
You'll answer and direct phone calls, greet and assist clients/families/visitors in a professional and friendly manner, schedule appointments, communicate effectively with coworkers and clients, assist with Spanish translation, maintain organized files, provide case support to Family Services clients, and more.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English & Spanish Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills & attention to detailAbility to multitask & prioritize responsibilities Professional communication skillsReliable transportation & dependable attendance Previous office or customer service experience preferred
