Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and exceptional customer service skills will create a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with tact, patience, and proactive solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information while ensuring data privacy. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly. Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management review. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience while upselling where appropriate. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when managing multiple lines and responding to inquiries via various communication channels. Support guest relations efforts by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Prior experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality management background is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and reservation platforms. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities when scheduled, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy. Previous hotel or resort experience is advantageous; knowledge of guest services and hospitality standards is essential.
