• Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team at our suburban studio location.

In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our facility, providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a friendly and efficient environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the studio Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and confirmations using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Support office operations by managing correspondence, photocopying, and organizing supplies Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and basic QuickBooks data entry Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while demonstrating proper phone etiquette Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations and timely communication Experience Prior office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred Proven clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document organization Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Experience with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, and scanners is beneficial Personal assistant or receptionist experience that includes calendar management and time management skills will be valued Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating a welcoming environment while honing your administrative expertise!
