Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and respond to questions from guests and the public in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail to the correct departments and team members.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and coordinate daily shipments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor office supply levels, place orders for administrative and sales materials, and help maintain an organized inventory.
- Arrange service and repairs for office equipment to support uninterrupted daily operations.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including filing and the use of standard office machines and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe reception area that reflects a well-organized office environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities, learn new tasks quickly, and provide additional support as business needs evolve.
