a Seasonal Receptionist! Monday- Friday, 8 am – 3 pm $16.00 p/h Boise job site location Seasonal position through September
IMMEDIATE HIRE!
DUTIES:
  • Assist and greet visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Address routine public inquiries
  • Process service requests
  • Support office communication
  • Help field crews
  • Update databases
  • Maintain records
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Professional demeanor
  • Drug-free
  • Pass a background check
