Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting our team's efficiency. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel valued and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and courier services Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document proofreading Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings for staff or executives Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative functions Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other relevant software to support daily operations Experience Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support or clerical roles Prior experience as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is highly desirable Demonstrated proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office management tools Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent typing speed combined with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Familiarity with bookkeeping or basic financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software is advantageous Join us as a Receptionist and become an essential part of our team!
