OVERVIEW
Job Overview (This position includes Days, Nights and Saturdays) TaylorMED MRI is an up and coming outpatient medical imaging company opening a new location to serving the needs of the Idaho community by offering affordable cash based MRI imaging services. We pride ourselves on excellent quality and customer service. We encourage candidates that are bilingual in English and Spanish to apply DUTIES -including but not limited to: • Scheduled shifts may fall anytime Monday-Saturdays between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM and range from 2-13 hours. Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a welcoming environment Manage phone system, directing calls efficiently and courteously Assist our patients and referring providers with scheduling appointments Maintain accurate records Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized at all times Ensuring a positive first impression Process medical orders Update medical charts Screen patients for MRI Safety Receive payment and Issue invoices/Superbills Communicate professionally and effectively with medical providers as needed Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times Provide support to other administrative staff as needed Complete all other assigned task
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or equivalent
REQUIRED
Proven experience in a medical office or clerical role is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency with computers Good communication skills and Good phone etiquette Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients. Excellent interpersonal skills with the public and other medical professionals with a focus on customer service Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Reliability Professionalism in actions and appearance Ability to regularly work in controlled environments with exposure to strong magnetic fields• If you are passionate about providing outstanding service and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity! •This position requires regular work in MRI-controlled environments with exposure to strong magnetic fields. The selected candidate must be able to safely perform all essential job functions and satisfy MRI safety screening requirements in accordance with facility policies and applicable law. Certain medical implants, devices, or metallic objects may present significant safety concerns in MRI environments and may limit an individual's ability to safely work in designated MRI areas. Reasonable accommodations will be considered where appropriate.
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
