Receptionist

JOB SUMMARY

The West Clinic is currently accepting applications from Medical Receptionist . We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our growing team. You must be willing and able to learn new skills and adapt to change often, as the medical field is ever changing. You must be reliable , have good communication skills , be detail oriented and able to multi task in an extremely busy, demanding medical office . If you are looking for a rewarding and fulfilling career and enjoy fast paced environments this will be a good fit for you. Position is part time between approximately M-Th 830-230 to Fridays 8 to noon

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Work Experience:

2+ years related clinical experience in a physician's office preferred

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally Above average organizational skills Excellent telephone skills Excellent customer service skills High School Diploma or GED Responsibilities and Duties Answer phones Schedule appointments Check in patients Check out patients Collect payments Confirm patient appointments Take supplement orders via phone Maintain wait list How to
