Veterinary Receptionist (Full-Time) Eastland Companion Animal Hospital - Bloomington, IL Eastland Companion Animal Hospital is part of Central Illinois Veterinary Associates ("CIVA"), an independent, veterinarian-owned practice group with six locations across Central Illinois. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while helping ensure the smooth operation of our front desk and daily clinic flow. This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details Full-Time Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Will have 1 weekday off)

Some Saturdays:

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Candidates with at least one year of veterinary practice experience are preferred; however, on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities Answer phone calls and respond to client questions and concerns Schedule appointments and manage daily doctor schedules Greet clients and pets and assist with appointment check-ins Collect and maintain accurate client records and paperwork Process invoices and payments for veterinary services Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area Facilitate communication between clients, veterinarians, and staff members Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compassion for animals and the people who care for them Attention to detail and organizational skills Veterinary clinic experience preferred, but not required How to Apply Please send resumes to: Amanda Traurig Practice Manager - Eastland Companion Animal Hospital ecahofficemanager@gmail.com
