Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and managing incoming and outgoing mail Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools with accuracy and attention to detail Support office management activities such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies to keep the workspace tidy and efficient Assist with calendar management and scheduling for staff or medical/dental appointments as needed Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive interactions at all touchpoints Requirements Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or reception duties; prior office experience is highly valued Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs more effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential for managing communications smoothly Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous for handling basic financial tasks Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is desirable but not required; training will be provided for specific industry needs Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine! Pay:
$23.01 - $32.00 per hour
