In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations by managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and professional first impression Manage appointment scheduling using computer software, ensuring efficient flow of clients throughout the day Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing information and directing calls appropriately Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and payments through data entry and filing systems Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Handle customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer support to enhance client satisfaction Assist with clerical duties including proofreading appointment confirmations, managing calendars, and organizing files to ensure smooth operations Requirements Prior experience in front desk or office management roles within a service-oriented environment Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and general computer literacy Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Demonstrated customer service expertise with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and calendar management is desirable Personal assistant or administrative experience that showcases time management and organizational capabilities Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch beauty services while providing outstanding support behind the scenes.
