COPY LINK link Adecco is assisting a client in Chicago, IL in their search for a Part-Time Receptionist / Office Coordinator for a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension. This position follows a part-time schedule of either 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM or 12:30 PM - 6:00 PM (5:00 PM on Fridays). In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will play a key role in creating a professional and weing environment while providing essential administrative and coordination support across theanization. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and weing experience Manage iing calls, emails, and guest check-in procedures Maintain reception area, conference rooms, and overall officeanization Coordinate office supplies, mail, and general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling) Support meetings, events, onboarding, and cross-functional team initiatives Act as a liaison with vendors, building management, and service providers Manage employee badges, office access, and support office security protocols Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative role preferred Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills Excellentanizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and standard office equipment Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionPay Details:
